Stage 1 - Initial Consultation
When we work on a home design project, we follow every step of the building process in mind. Our team handles every detail in the building project, from concept designs, supplying building materials to the building stage itself. Since we value our client’s involvement, we ensure to keep them posted throughout the project lifecycle. We collaborate with other industry professionals. We have experience working with various professionals, including Architects, Developers, Surveyors and Engineers, etc., to deliver successful custom home projects.
Stage 2 - Project Proposal and Agreement
- Present a project proposal outlining the scope of work, timeline, and estimated budget. - Sign a formal agreement, including terms, responsibilities, and payment structure.
Stage 3 - Site Assessment
Visit the client's space to assess its existing conditions, including dimensions, layout, architectural features, and any constraints.scope further.

Create a design concept based on the client's preferences, incorporating elements such as colour schemes, style, and mood boards.
Stage 5 - Space Planing and Material Selection
- Develop space plans that optimize the layout, flow, and functionality of the space, considering furniture placement, traffic patterns, and ergonomics. - Collaborate with the client to select materials, finishes, and fixtures, including flooring, wall coverings, lighting, and cabinetry.
Stage 6 – Furniture and Decor Selection
Curate a collection of furniture, decor, and accessories that align with the design concept and the client's preferences.
Stage 7 - Budget Management and Procurement
- Continuously manage the budget by providing cost estimates for materials, labor, and furnishings. - Seek approval from the client before making significant financial commitments. - Source and purchase materials, furnishings, and decor items, ensuring quality and adhering to the budget.
Stage 8 – Styling, Accessorizing and Project Closure
Style the space with decor elements, accessories, and artwork to enhance its aesthetic appeal and functionality. Final Walkthrough: Conduct a final walkthrough with the client to ensure that all design elements meet their expectations and that any issues are addressed. Client Approval: Obtain the client's approval for the completed project, making any necessary adjustments. Project Closure: Close out the project, including final payments, documentation, and any remaining
